Subway

Had a coupon that the girl would not honor was making up her own rules. It was buy one sub get another sub of equal or lesser value. Apparently if you buy a large sub you can only get a small. Definitely not the first time I have had difficulty at this location trying to use a coupon. They like to use their own interpretation of coupons considering Subways are everywhere I would definitely not go to this location try another one.

I am yet another person who got burned by the random closing times. I walked in the door well before the posted closing time, only to be told, "We're closed. Go away." This one is walking distance from my home, but I'll drive to one of the several nearby ones where the customers are not considered to be inconveniences.

I decided to go there today. There was a long line and only ONE person making the sandwiches. And he was incredibly slow. It was finally time for me to order. There were also no chips, only Cheetos and no soup. They only had one type of bread. And half of the vegetables were out. ALL OF THE WAITING FOR NOTHING. I just walked out of there and went to the tenafly diner.

This is my review from when me and my friend went here on 5/27/17 Upon entering, it looked like any other. However when me and my friend began our orders, the troubles began. Only one person was doing both our sandwiches and she did my order in one shot and then neglected to even start my friends order up while mine was toasting. She only got the wrap out before mine finished and until mine got completed it stayed like that. One other thing I discovered is that Subway chicken (my friend got the teriyaki chicken) is chewy. Now I heard there was this soy protein thing with Subway and now I can see how that is in their chicken. Unfortunately I'll finally leave it at, this may be the last Subway me or my friend go to in a while. Wasn't too satisfied.
