Haven't had any problems with this Dunkin, always get my orders right and in a timely manner. Staff doesn't talk much but they're not rude to anyone and they keep the place clean even with all the people they get inside and the students

PROS: very nice staff and the place has more tables than the usual chain to sit at. They made my coffee fast and there was tons of parking as well
CONS: the lot is torn up and needs to be repaired

Why are they closing bathrooms. As a customer I should have the privilege to use the facility. There was nothing wrong with the bathroom as I ignored the sign to check for my self. Thus loosing me as a customer.

Clean and good location for in and out. Experience was not that great, the lady in the front took a long time just moving change over from one register to another, couldn't Input the order in system and had another person come to do it. Have them cash and they said "no" do you have a card. I said I didn't and he begrudgingly gave me change. Good also took a long time in comparison to the amount of customers and compared to other d&d

Smaller size Dunkin Donuts with 4 tables and a counter. Also a bit smaller selection of donuts and other baked goods. Still your familiar Dunkin quality and taste.The service was quick and efficient. The facility was modern and clean.

Horrible customer service! It doesn’t take a lot to say hello and thank you, it goes a long way. Placed a large order and it wasn’t packed with any condiments, when asked for it the employee seemed annoyed.

Quick & (usually) friendly service. Even if there are a lot of people in line the staff usually gets everyone through quickly. If you are a regular, they will learn your order in a few days. ⛾ I use the app to order ahead & rarely wait. Weekday mornings are usually pretty busy from 8-9. Weekends around 10 am can be VERY busy so plan accordingly.

Online pricing is apparently outdated. I based my purchase partially on that price when I placed my order a day in advance. When picking up the next day at exactly the time I req'd not only wasn't it ready but I was being charged more. I pointed out the pricing discrepancy to the staff. They refused to honor the online price: Box 'O' Joe $14.99 online, I was charged $19.99.
