If it's a pretty standard Starbucks. Service is usually pretty good, but they get overwhelmed on weekends and most mornings.
The drive through was not thought out well and the entry is shared with Panera so be careful during the rush times.
Consider parking at Target and walking in...

Always very friendly. Whoever the owner is seems to actually care about his employees. During the height of COVID and the years following, they would shut down the store if they could not get enough staff to run the store correctly. There were always notes posted on the door and drive through. I never got upset, if anything, it made me like this location more. They are efficient and drive through cues go quickly. The employees never seem burned out, or at the IDGAF stage.

A trip to Starbucks is always a treat, but this particular trip to the Fortuna plaza in Dumfries was amazing. We pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by Andrea. Andrea made recommendations and was very patient with our customizations. The drinks came out perfectly! Huge shoutout to her and her wonderful personality!!!!! Thanks Andrea!

Excellent and professional service and good coffee. I recommend the Cinnamon Dolce Latte, White Chocolate Mocha, and Pumpkin Spice Latte.
I love the place because it is comfortable. The drive thru service is fast. 100% recommend the place.

CJ was literally the nicest Starbucks employee I’ve ever encountered. He was friendly and nice and oddly sincere. I feel like “good” restaurant employees are usually reciting a script or playing a role, but interacting with CJ felt authentic & not annoying fake lol. And even if he was just doing his job, kudos to him for doing it well enough to have a positive impact on a stranger’s day.
Ordering at Starbucks can be stressful if you’re not a coffee drinker but that wasn’t my experience this time. Please give him all the raises!!
Note: I had to call to make sure I had the right person bc for some reason, I thought his name had a ‘D’ in it 😅. The man I dealt with was tall/average height, regular/slim build, & had a brown skin complexion (most likely of African descent).

Place.a online order and got stuck in traffic by the time I got there ot was water down so I asked could they make me another one and they did. They are the best. Great Customer Service.

This review is brought to you by my 8 year old daughter: This Starbucks gets 5 stars. You should go there because it has a childrens section with juice and milk and that way children can pick out what they want. You should really go to it. Also, they have chairs and tables for date spots with your parents. And the people who work there are really kind.

Unlike some of the review I found the service fast and efficient. The have both a busy drive thru and mobil ordering. The service was with a smile and customers were greeted upon entering. This Starbucks is highly recommended.
