Pizza Hut

I ordered pizza from this place and it literally came uncut. I had to tear the pizza apart to even get a bite. I called to complain and the employee I spoke to said “Because it was free, best I can do is 10 dollars.” Which is absolutely absurd considering the amount of money I spent to earn this pizza. I didn’t even get sent a remake. Poor customer service and poor presentation of product. Do not order here.

I had a really negative experience at this pizza hut and I was a little shocked at poorly it was handled. I had a couple of friends over and we ordered pizza at 8pm. The pizza tracker informed us it was out for delivery 8:15-8:20ish. At around 9:15 we had never gotten our pizza, so we called the store and they told us our names were never in the system and no pizza had ever been made/delivered. They then told me they would make me a new one and send it out ASAP, which was awesome. However nearly 15 minutes later they called and told me a pizza actually had been in the system and delivered, and that they were not going to send us a pizza. So it is now 9:35, and we still have not gotten any pizza and we were out $25. They delivery driver claims to have delivered it in person at our address, however no one ever came to our house. Then we were told a manager would call us about a possible refund. That never happened. The service we received was completely unacceptable. I would not reccomend ordering from this Pizza Hut unless you want to never get your pizza and you want your money taken from you.
