You guys have really great food, but if you aren't going to deliver during the times that you say you are, you should probably take that offline. I called and asked to place an order for delivery at 5pm and was told you aren't delivering tonight because of the specials you have going on. We're in the middle of a pandemic. Tons of people are looking forward to and taking advantage of delivery options to keep their local restaurants running and so they can stay safe during this difficult time. I wouldn't mind doing curbside pickup if that was your only option, but it isn't. I honestly wouldn't even be that upset if this wasn't the third time it's happened.

The restaurant is located in Denfeld, in a strip mall...on Grand Ave. You enter thru a set of heavy doors...passing before the bar/dining area and taking a due left to the dining room. The facilities are in the back of the bar-dining area. Plenty of seating for a modest crowd. The staff was very friendly. We were there for a private, memorial service, luncheon. The only problem I had was our waitress didn't inform us that they were out of a flavored lemonade and just brought regular lemonade without inquiring if that would be okay...then, we were given bar straws ...no wrappers...and with her fingers she placed them in our drinks. Otherwise, everything was great.

I went here from work since it is nearby. Told the person at the door I was on a thirty minute break and asked if that would be a problem. She said no, seated me but then took 6 minutes to bring me a menu even though I was one of only three or four customers at that time. It took twenty more minutes to get a very disappointing Monte Cristo sandwich which I had to eat in four minutes to make it back to work on time.
