This place is amazing, we love the atmosphere and friendliness of the owners. We had a delicious meal wirh incredible flavors and had great conversation with the owners. After our meal we spent time learning about the many types of meats and cheeses that they have and purchased many of each. We will definitely make this our evening dining spot when in Duluth

Good food!! Enjoyed the Muffalto, I've never had one before...so tasty!! Lasagna was good too...we split to enjoy both taste treats!! Also had the bomb dessert (in pic), we couldn't make up our minds of which flavor so ask to split all three!! Spumoni was my favorite in the end...what a treat!! Triple D filmed this place in 2014, they made it thru 2020 pandemic, so stop in when you are in the area and keep supporting this family business!!

Mama Gannucci is super friendly - you're family as soon as you walk in. Lobster Ravioli in Pesto Alfredo Sauce is a "don't miss" dish as is the lasagna (great Italian sausage), meatballs and sauce are yummy, and the salad is fresh and crispy with deeelicious homemade Italian dressing (mild sweet vinegar flavor). Can't wait to try the homemade cannoli!

I'm from the east coast, land of the delicious deli's. I have not been impressed with many out here in Minnesota but found THIS local gem. It's not the fanciest place, but the quality of meats and cheeses are fantastic! Their homemade Tiramisu was excellent! Give them a try when you're in Duluth next.

Another hidden Gem in West Duluth! Located on the same block as the new West Theater, near Beaners and Zenith bookstore, this Italian Deli serves up quick hot sandwiches, soups, pizzas, appetizers and desserts. There's also a deli stocked with meats and cheeses, and a wide array of Italian pastas, flavorings, and imported EVOO. I ordered the Porketta sandwich, and for the first time since moving to the Twin Ports I can say I've found a great Porketta! Huge hoagie stuffed with homemade porketta and provolone, served with a side of homemade marinara. If you're looking for Old World flavors, Gannucci's is the spot!

Sauce consistent, good, hearty. Service pleasant, efficient, knew menu. Owner was on scene hands on. Prices reasonable. Official Biker destination. I didn't go wrong ordering the same items Guy from triple D did. Good old school Italian.

This review is solely for the tiramisu. It is honestly the best tiramisu I ever had in Minnesota. I love this place! Will come back and try the food next time!
