Sloppy AF! Just got handed grease bags. Containers, bags EVERYTHING covered in oil 🤢 I don’t eat fast food regularly and when I do it’s Wendy’s .. WELL this was a complete turn off and as I’m sitting here writing this I just had a piece of plastic or something in my mouth from a nugget??? Uggghhh bye Wendys now I have no fast food restaurants left to go to

Visiting this establishment for the third time tonight completely ruined my appetite. I waisted gas traveling from my home back to the store just to have my food completely wrong the 2nd time and the first time it was cold. the third time i was given the same food (fries and nuggets) which are now cold . I was there at 7:17 and waited to 8:33 to get the correct order just for it to not even be fresh . If the employees can not be trained correctly to read tickets and read how to prepare and order or even check the bag to make sure peoples order are correct then they should shut down and open back up when they are ready to serve their customers correctly. Why do i have to leave a bad review just to make sure this reaches to someone who clearly care about their job. If you can not work and do your job efficiently then find something else , fast food .. customer service should NOT be the field you work in. I spoke with a manager and she came at me like i was wrong for not being food back during a pandemic. Why would i waist my time just to keep getting extra food , i’m not that person . but for me to come the seconded time given hot food and it to be wrong and i come back and you only remake my burgers and not my other items that’s just totally not unacceptable. THEN someone who is hirer than her came out to ask me if everything was okay where was he the second time i came back . I want a refund , i don’t even trust to eat this food after coming back a THIRD time . If i can give no stars i would .

Be aware that the Wendy's app will keep accepting mobile orders for carryout or dine-in when the doors are locked at 8pm. It is not safe to retrieve your paid orders while on foot from the drive thru window, especially at dusk or dark. Google Maps only has room for one set of hours, either dine-in or drive thru. The drive thru is open till midnight.

Worst customer service. The girl working would talk so fast while we try to order and constantly said she couldnt hear us. When we go to the window we couldnt pull up to pay because another car in front of us had a long ladder but the girl opened her window and just stared at us. Then we got to the window and she slammed the little window open and had an attitude from the start…we asked her why she had an attitude very nicely and she just said “i dont have an attitude” 😂😂 clearly she was having a bad day but shouldnt take it out on customers. we immediately left. They wont get my business again.
