Which Wich

In the past, I have had a good experience here when I go inside the store. However, there have been times when the store has closed without notice which has ruined my plans for eating here and my order gets messed up here and there. Still tastes pretty good though. Recently, due to Covid, I prefer curbside pickup options. When ordering it says to just call the store for curbside pickup. When I called this store, the associate on the phone just told me "uhh...just walk in and pick it up." I told them the site says to call for curbside, but he had nothing more to say other than come and get it yourself. If he had told me he was the only person there, then I might have been okay with it, but I was provided with no reason for not following the curbside pickup option. Why is it posted on the site that you provide that option if no one will honor it? What if I was a person with increased risk for Covid? What would I do then? Will not be coming back here any time soon.

The food is delicious! I'm vegetarian and the black bean patty or avocado sandwiches are made as all the other sandwiches are as far tons of sauce and veggie topping options go. Service is excellent as well - the gentleman at the front helped me get points for my order since I have a vibes rewards card. My only quip is they didn't give me a bag or napkins for my to go order - just handed me the sandwich and sent me on my way. If you're looking to get filled up for lunch and have dietary restrictions, this is the place!

Great sandwiches, mediocre management Online orders are sometimes ignored until you walk in the door. ("Sorry for your wait" works the first couple of times, but it gets old fast.) Mistakes in orders happen more often than they should. Once I was told they never got the order, only to be called an hour later to ask if I still wanted it.

First time here. Ordered the Superfoodwich, which includes quinoa. They made this wrap with uncooked quinoa. Or maybe it was once cooked but that was so long ago that it has reverted to its hard, dry state. Or maybe it's just sesame seeds. Bad in any case. Probably would be great if prepared properly. Will try something else next time.

The customer service was ok but whoever made my Wich (sandwich), he filled it with lettuce and spinach instead of putting all ingredients that I had in my order. I took my order home and find out that the sauces are not according to my order too. I just wasted my money. This is my worst experience ever with Which Wich! Owner needs to give them training for making sandwich according to the order!
