This place is great! Open 24/7 for those late night dinners! The choice A had a wide selection of different types of meat! We tried to beef tongue, intestine, pork belly, la galbi, and spicy squid. They gave a bunch of banchans as well. The servers were very helpful in cooking and cutting up the meat. I left this place feeling super full and got my money’s worth! Definitely a must try for Korean bbq!

It's a decent place. I got the $27 AYCE option as the more expensive option. I like the brisket the best, which is in one of the pictures. Their bulgogi is so sweet, might not worth it. The price is a little more expensive that what you get but it's still in an acceptable range.

I love this new place. Special on the appetizer. The waitress was nice. I had the Spicy Tuna Nacho Poke and Tonkotsu Spicy Shrimp. The food was not too salty but super delicious. I would definitely come back and recommend it!!!!

This was my second visit here and everytime I come I’m blown away by the quality of meat. I will admit it’s a little more pricey then what I’m use to, but I always stay for hours to get my money’s worth. Service is excellent I barely had to cook my own food, and the music is amazing alway enjoy the music video being played. Definitely one of my favorite Kbbq in Duluth and I highly recommend it!

Loved this place. I went there on a Saturday night and didn't have to wait an hour to get served like some of the other spots.infact we got a table immediately. They have two options for the all you can eat buffet. One has more seafood options so cost more the other is mostly beef, chicken and pork but surfices for having the Korean bbq experience. The meat was good but the service was extremely good. They were super friendly coming to us several times to ask if anything was missing. The only complaint I would have is maybe the cleanliness of the floors but it didn't bother me that much. I will definitely come back to this spot.Jana I think was her name was an excellent server.

Absolutely would recommend! Not only was the store a welcoming environment but the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming themselves! Specifically my server Jae, he welcomed me again after I was seated and made sure that my experience was fantastic from the get go! I personally don’t go to many all you can eat Korean bbq’s however I was starving and just wanted food but little did I know I was in for a surprise! Jae helped me navigate the menu and recommended some amazing food! I definitely can say without a doubt one of the best places to eat! Not once did I have to wait to be noticed or attended to, the service is impeccable! All the staff definitely deserve a huge thank you and my server Jae I think should get a raise for his customer service and knowledge!

This place have so so much potential. Hubby and I been here so many times and each time was great, but recently we hesitated if we should go back due to their shortage in workers. Last visit was the last for us. Our server was so bad that it irritates the life out of me. We were one of the table closer to the door and he must not like the door. He walks around so much but nothing was done. We never ate more than an hour anywhere and we spent 2hrs here with him going to our tables 3x. We already cooked the meat ourselves so All I needed the guy to do is bring me what I need, but Jesus no. He’s taking his sweet time going to one table then going to the kitchen. If that table needs 10 things he’ll walked back that amount of time before reaching our tables. They have manager on the floor but the guy was walking around with his hands behind his back. For 2hrs that we’re there, we only received 4 plates before he tells us the kitchen is closed. For someone like me who been in the industry for so long; I’m the easiest person to serve but this fella pulled the plug for me. I will not return until they have more workers. Until next time!!! Love it!. It is my birthday and I'm excited to head to Cho Won Buffet for Brunch. I've seen some questionable reviews, but we have gone here for years and have always loved it and always had a great meal. It is intimidating at first, but if you are adventurous; a lot of fun. After you've been there a couple times you totally know what to do and what your favorites are.<br/>I've recommended this place to family and friends. If Golden Corral is your idea of gourmet or crab rangoon an exotic dish.....then this place may be over your head. But people who have been exposed to the World of foods will find charm here!

Never Again!. This was my family and friends first time eating here. We thought we would try something new. Big Mistake!, we paid $13.99 per adult and child. It's overpriced $$$, being that there wasn't much food to choose from, the food was cold and not very tasty, and most importantly there was no crab Rangoon. I wouldn't pay a $1.00 to eat here, that's how bad the food was,but the customer service was excellent. We should of went to Golden Corral. WE WILL NEVER RETURN!

Overpriced, poor quality. There is so many things that are wrong with this place and nothing that is right. First of all, the place was dirty when we walked. The grill at the seats they sat us at were not cleaned in who knows how long.<br/><br/>It doesn't matter whether you prefer quantity or quality because this Cho Won Buffet has neither. I'm usually good when it comes to buffets and like to try everything. Nothing I tried was even warm everything was cold.<br/><br/>I couldn't finish any of the food because it was so bad and I'm the type of person who hates wasting food so that means a lot coming from me.<br/><br/>For 2 people the meal cost $38, a total ripoff. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED!

If you've been by my blog before, you'll know of the handful of AYCE KBBQ places in Duluth that I've reviewed time and time again. What you didn't know was that Cho Won has been doing the same thing they've done ever since they opened in early 2000, much earlier than many of its competitors in the area. With prices similar to what you'd expect at other places, they also have other foods in addition to a huge selection of meats all for under $20/person for lunch or dinner. Great AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant!. Cho Won's been around for quite some time now, much longer than many of the other all-you-can-eat restaurants in the area. Their prices for dinner ($15.99 on weekdays, $17.99 on weekends) are relatively affordable, especially for AYCE! There's a hot foods section, which has your typical Korean staples like Korean-style fried chicken, vegetable+kimchi pancakes and more, another smaller section that has rice/soup, a sushi bar, and another longer side that has the raw meats, various Korean side dishes (banchans), and desserts (mini cakes, fresh and canned fruits). While the meat isn't the best or highest quality around, it is very affordable and gives other AYCE KBBQ restaurants a run for their money. They have sampgyupsal (pork belly), spicy pork, boneless galbi (typically the most expensive beef at Korean restaurants), chicken, and squid amongst some other meats (usually 9 choices at dinner time).

Good, average Korean BBQ. Overall, not a bad experience. Food was good and service was courteous and efficient. Highlight was the Korean BBQ and I guess the lowpoint would be the sushi. We would probably go again, but only after we try some others in our area.

While on business trip, we happen to stumble on a Korean BBQ that was pretty good. Food was good and service wasn't bad. My only concern... At 7pm, the place was pretty empty. If there were more people eating there the atmosphere would have been better. If you like it quiet, this may be your place.

Delicious. I visited Cho Won this past weekend and I stuffed myself. The concept of picking your own meat, and then cooking it was exciting. I loved the taste of everything I tried. Trying any foreign food for the first time can be daunting, but buffet style when you get to pick and choose you learn right off the bat what you like. I tried squid, miso soup, kimchi, fish cakes, the beef and the chicken. Everything was fresh and tasty. The resturant is clean and the staff friendly.

First of all, I'm Korean so I'd like to think that I'm an expert on Korean cuisine. When you walk in the restaurant, check out how many diners are Korean and you'll know if this place is good. Yeah, most of the customers are Korean. Best bang for your buck Korean ATL experience.

The quality of the food is great. Although, they are setup in the buffet style the food does not show this. The quality if meat and Korean sides make this place a must see. I frequent Korean cusine and would like to say this establishment does not fall far from the best. My one negative thing to say is that the shushi is not awful but could be better. Besies this I highly reccomend!
