Everything was prepared fresh and tasted delicious. The customer was was amazing and they really took care of us during the whole dinner service. The place is clean and would highly recommend to go with your family as they have a huge selection of food choices.

I had a delicious seaweed salad appetizer after tasting a sample given when we were seated. I remembered it from my time in China & Japan back in 1996 again in 2000-01 & 2005. I also had fried calamari which came in a citrus(y) sour sauce. I finished everything & thought about licking the plate. My wife also enjoyed her meal.

Awesome place, awesome food. Staff is so nice and attentive. Food came out fairly fast and was all delish. Recommend the Avocado Domi Salad - mixed (salmon & krab meat). They use a wasabi mayo in it and it taste amazing.

I have been a regular customer at this place for many years. Quality, taste, freshness – always on point! Last night I tried the Rainforest roll for the first time and I absolutely loved it. So tasty and filling. Definitely will be having it again! Also, I must mention that the Ramen is also delicious. Definitely recommend.

Our family has been going to this Japanese restaurant for 22 years. Quality has never wavered, the staff has treated us like family and the food continues to please our cravings for sushi and Japanese dishes. It’s an amazing place full of amazing people and food. Sushi and sashimi always come out fresh. Cooked dishes are well made and always fresh to order. There might be fancier and more expensive sushi restaurant around it and in town, but you cannot beat the quality and consistency for the price. When we first visited here two decades ago, it was 90% Japanese diners, it’s now about 60% if not lower. The rest of Atlanta has found this gem.

Got the hamburg lunch to-go. For 12$(with tax) its a lot of food, and very good! The service was great as well! I didn’t know they give you steak/potato wedges covered in gravy…. Lawd, was very good.

This place is an iconic Japanese spot on Pleasant Hill that everyone should try at least once. Hell, it’s even older than I am! Everything we tried was exceptional and flavorful from the shumai and takoyaki to our individual entrees. My only bad note was just that I wish the pork that came with the ramen was like other ramen places where it was more of a fatty cut and roasted before putting it in the ramen, but besides that, you can taste the freshness from every dish and it definitely comes made to order. I have been here a couples times before, but my boyfriend came out for the first time and we both enjoyed the experience. Glad to know that the pandemic hasn’t stopped this business from thriving !
