This Taco John's is usually pretty decent, however this time was not the case. Food was lukewarm at best. Employee working the drive thru was rude. Very disappointed in this particular experience. Potato oles are the best... except when they are cold!

I drive through key west a lot so this is my third time here and my foods cold every time. I just hope it’s different every time I go here again and it never is and my foods always cold.
I paid 14 dollars on a meal that was cold.

This place was so poorly staffed that the manager shut down the dinning room as he had only two other employees on a weekday lunch. Our wait was half an hour! The food was good, however, the owners NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF! Although the manager was very polite and apologetic it seems to me that the owners of this restaurant need to invest in more staff or shut it down.

Had gotten lunch thru the drive thru. Ordered a Super Burrito; and got a Super disappointment. I paid $5 for lettuce, Sour Cream, Onion and refried beans; no meat, or Olives.
