So picture this its Superbowl Sunday, 5 o'clock rush hour. One man at the front standing all alone against dozens of other patrons. Chance did a wonderful job keeping the pace and staying as cool calm and collected. I give him amen for being one of the best front line workers I've ever seen! 5 out 5!

I love the $5 Pizzas. During busy hours they need way more hot & ready Pizzas. That's actually what gets their business in my humble opinion, the in & out speed. I'll change my rating to 5 when that changes.

Ordered 2 one toping pizzas. Pepperoini and a sausage. The pizzas they keep in the warmer ever day. Had to wait 35 minutes for what's advertised as 5 minutes or less. And was treated as if I was bothering the kid at the counter because I expected them to live up to there advertising.

I love the pizza portal at Little Caesars! You know when your stuff id ready and just have to walk in and grab it - no waiting for the counter or anything. Little Caesars isn't fancy, but it is great value, especially for feeding the troops.

Twice I've been here for a hot and ready and I've been asked to wait 10 to 15 min. I just want to walk in and grab my pizza please. The hot and ready is literally your whole schtick.
