I was shocked at the price.... I couldn't believe my husband paid 11 dollars just for the burger then 3-4 dollars for fries and then 2-3 more for a soda... The food was mediocre and definitely not worth the $

Nasty place, prepping food without a mask, manager ran off girls who complained about people not wearing mask and this guy walked in and out of the store while smoking. What a trashy nast place with a horrible manager.

Good burgers and fries. Sandwiches can be topped with a number of condiments, as few or as many as you like. Regular size fries are a good portion size to share.
Prices are slightly more than you might pay at similar competitors, but you're likely to enjoy every bite you pay for. I personally enjoy the Bacon Cheeseburger.

The "manager" was cooking with a facemask just covering his mouth. Breathing directly on the food and didn't understand why I'm complaining. He blamed it on "because I'm working" packed house full of potential positive results.
Five Guys high prices and covid burgers since 2020.

So this was my first visit to 5 Guys in Dubuque, Iowa. I was pleasantly surprised with Tammy. She explained the whole menu so it was easier for me to decide my order. Then I believe Justin was working so hard to make our sandwiches right. After getting our order Tammy helped me get everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Thanks Tammy and Justin we enjoyed our meal and will be back for more great food.

We have a good experience here every time, the food is always amazing and the staff is so nice! Recently, we stopped in and some belligerent guy was making a scene about the mask mandate. The lady behind the counter was very professional and calmly dealt with his adult temper-tantrum. I appreciate how she was looking out for her customers and the staff members!

One of my preferred places for quality Burgers. You won't be disappointed in the menu and service. The service was sociable and attentive. It has a good interior.

Place was slow and Cynthia's customer service was on point. She took my order and also prepared my food. After a short wait I received the best cheese burger I have ever had at a five guys restaurant. The Cajun fries were also very good. Such a pleasant experience! Thanks Cynthia for being so polite and taking the extra time to make my food perfect!!
