Friendly dealers and staff! Good conversation and overall table atmosphere. Love to play blackjack, I travel here while working from Maddison. I haven’t had an issue getting a seat at a table game or finding an open machine. Everyone that I have noticed the three times I have visited... have been following the mask mandate, and there are sanitation stations around every corner of the casino. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, and a quick and easy ride.

Pre-COVID I used to go here even though I always lost. I went last night and now my view has changed. I won quite a bit and now I don’t plan on ever going there again. They have, by far, the fewest precautions in place to protect guests. I saw 10-15 people not wearing masks at all. Probably 50% of the guests weren’t wearing masks correctly. They didn’t have hand sanitizer out anywhere except at the entrance. They also had the self serve beverage machines open (which I haven’t seen post-COVID). I was in Las Vegas last weekend and they do a dramatically better job and it’s much safer. I’ve been to casinos in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Mississippi and Nevada (twice) post closure and Q casino is by far the least prepared. It’s an outbreak waiting to happen. I can’t believe a state run casino is allowed operate like this.
