Huddle House

I got 10oz rob eye with shrimp and fries. That was actually pretty good. For huddle house. Now I also had the fried dough pickes..why do I say dough not cooked long enough. My server she was excellent in fact I told her she could be making much better money somewhere else . Over all not a bad experience for a 2am dinner.

sorry service!!! I ordered on line an hour and a half before i picked it up my schedule pick up was 7:45 pm friday 6/12/20 I arrived 10 minutes early when i placed my order i requested curbside pick up well the phone lines was off the hook couldnt get through. watched a few customers come out and them locking the doors behind. My order was still not ready i waited till 8 before i was able to get it and then when i looked at it, it was all wrong and missing items! I am very upset and i will not be eating there again. I need to get the manager on the phone but not able to can someone help me with that?

The service sucks, really long wait for food and food was cold when I got it. Dirty floors. I would suggest you look at inspection report when you enter. I went in a couple week before today and waitress took my order but never turned my order into cook. I waited for 45 minutes then ask waitress how much longer and she said I'm sorry I forgot to turn your order in. I said never mind and walked out.

The wait staff was nice but food was not what I am use to getting from Huddle House. The first time I have gone to Huddle House and wish i had gone somewhere else. The mashed potatoes were over microwaved. I had to discard half because they were rock hard. The French fries were under done. We ordered steak but had to cut it with a butter knife because we weren't given steak knives. The reason for 2 stars is because everything looked and smelled clean. They did a food job on that but will not go back again. Oh and coffee did taste good and fresh.

If I could put a - in front of the 1star I would. This was the worst service and food I ever tasted. They need to fire everyone of these ladies here and rehire more lady like workers. With better customer service skills. They cooked the eggs twice and they still had water coming from them. The bacon was burned. The cooker said it that not how y'all eat your bacon why no ma'am I like my bacon cooked hard but not burned. I wouldn't return to this huddle house if I had to. I hope the manager see this and take heed to what she or he have as staff here. Suckssss🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫🔫

We have always had a good meal here but today was aweful. Started with having to wipe down our own table. We ordered coffee and they brought it out with no silverware to stir or napkins. Ordered our meal received it and had to ask again for silverware (there were two of us) she brought one set. Had to get up and ask for silverware again. Meal was not what we ordered and was cold by the time we were able to eat. The waitress tried to justify what we said what we ordered. We were told the manager was coming out but never saw him. Just over it by now. Ate what we could of the meal and left. Won't be back there anymore no matter how convenient. Coffee was not even good......bitter.
