Overall had a great night out with my love. We had server Brittany which was a delight. She was very proactive as it relates to serving us and was checking on us within a reasonable amount of time. Will come back again

Felt like I was ripped off. Ordered double mashed potatoes and only seemed enough for one. Steak was overcooked....ordered medium and got well done and ordered the 8oz. (which of course was more .....supposedly). Fiesta lime chicken was half the size of normal. You people deserve to go out of business if this is how you serve your customers. I will never grace the premises of Applebees in Dublin, GA again if this is how you treat customers during a "pandemic". You want pics as proof, I have those too.

We have visited here, weekly for a few years. This past visit was horrible! Staff was friendly, however they knew the plates and silverware were dirty and admitted there had been problems the day before. We canceled our order as the glass of tea was nasty 🤮 with old food inside the glass. The fork was contaminated with previous guest leftovers on it (dried up). We decided to have two plates packed to go in take out , plastic plates, hoping for cleanliness, to find hair in the take out food. Don’t go here. 🤮

Super slow service, I waited for quit a while for someone to seat me until I gave up and ended up seating myself.
The soup and the pasta were good but the problem is that they were loaded with cheese. Too much cheese actually which overwrite all the soup and pasta flavors.

Server was great, only reason I hate to rate it negatively, but the atmosphere was hectic, lead by a very loudly yelling cook. Had the servers on edge, causing issues w customer orders. Food was lacking in flavor. Maybe “Dave Ramsey” needs to calm down a little.

The Applebee's is not bad at all enjoy the atmosphere and good service and the food but very slow service.

Worst Service for the first time everrr!!!! Host was very nice. Sat down and no waitress even thought to come over to assist us. After 20 minutes of no service. Another family came in and was approached immediately. We left and decided to head to Ruby Tuesday.
