Firehouse Subs

We called in an order to be picked up and left specific instructions on how to make the food as well as what drinks we wanted and chips. When my daughter went to pick up the order she noticed there was not any tea made. We ordered three large teas in our order. It was 7:15 at this point. They close at 9:00. We also paid $65.00 for food. The employee told her they would not make anymore tea because they probably wouldn’t sell it before they closed. I then called the store and explained that we would not have came if we knew they would not make tea and asked her to make the tea since they had almost 2 hours before they closed. She told me she would with an attitude. When my daughter came home we noticed that they did not have any of the chips in the bag and they put condiments incorrectly on all the sandwiches. I never leave bad reviews but could not let this pass. Something needs to change at this store.
