Reviews of Tim Hortons

Going through drive through: ordered sausage & egg on begal (no cheese), the egg was partially cooked. Ordered Boston Cream donut, I got 2 cookies. Went in to exchange cookies for donut and guy behind counter didn't speak to me: took bag of 2 cookies & threw them away, he put donut in bag and tossed it on counter in front of me then walked away. Didn't say hello, hi, sorry... I have no idea if he spoke English. There was only 1 car in front of me and 1 car behind me, and inside I was only costumer so they were not busy at all. Why can't people take 5 seconds to confirm order?

When you call about your Doordash order being completely wrong they'll try and tell you that the doordasher must have tapped the receipt to the wrong bag with a Tim Hortons sticker he just had laying around in his car. Assistant Manager tries to make you sound stupid cause "I'm the one who put those together so they were right and he was wrong".

My family are loyal customers of this Tim Horton's for 15 years. They keep getting worse. On Saturday I used the app from the parking lot to order 2 lighlty toasted begels, one blueberry muffin and a fruit smoothie. I went to drive-through and told them my name, they confirmed they had the order. I pull up to the window and they said they were out if blueberry muffins, asking if I would instead like fruit explosion. I said no, what else do you have? She said lemon. I said I will take lemon. When I got home I found they had given me fruit explosion. Also, both begel were burnt, which is far from lightly toasted. I ordered four things, and three of them were wrong.
