Chaat Bhavan

Amazing!!! Reminded me of home cooked comfort food. The sabudana kichadi was nice and chewy, clumped together just as I love it. Kichadi was amazing too, just like home cooked and healthy, not the commercial spicy and heartburn version. The kheer was amazing as well, just the right amount of sweetness. Please keep the food the same quality even as you expand your operations. Would love to frequently treat myself to this home cooked style comfort food. Good job guys!!

Our default restaurant when looking for good vegetarian dining options. Love their Bhindi Masala and almost every dish we have tried over the years has left us with a good taste. Glad to have vegetarian Indian restaurants in Bay Area like Chaat Bhavan. Their service is fast and hospitality is excellent.

Good vegetarian. Loved the food. We started with Chai, main course and ended with meeta pan. Food was served quickly, very tasty. Be it Naans. parathas, kofta curry. Gobi Manchurian is all well made. They missed on serving Raitha, we had to remind them numerous times . Felt like they are short staffed. Pan was kinda little dry, it's okay I'll survive with it :)

Great Indian Vegetarian restaurant in Dublin serving high quality Indian food. We had many items as a group and I am adding pictures of some the dishes. The sizzler starter was mouth watering as well as tasty. The Baingan Bharta was heavenly. The fried rice was very different and tasty, but I missed to click a picture. The "Hara Bhara Parantha" we had was very tasty. The masala chaas & Mango Lassi were superb desserts to end a great family luncheon. Unforgettable memories to carry for lifetime. Thanks Chaat Bhavan for the great service.

First things first: if you follow Google maps, it won't exactly take you to the entrance. The entrance is on the corner opposite to Indian grocery store. The interesting thing is they have monthly menu's- good concept. When I visited in July, I ordered Crispy Corn. The corn kernels are smaller for such a dish. They can be a little bigger, not small. In such a dish where corn is the main ingredient, you would like to bite and feel them under your teeth. Instead, they just melted. Taste and quantity wise good. Service is quick. I also ordered a Ras Malai. It should be colder than what I received (it felt a bit warmer at room temperature). The taste was good. The place is worth visiting to explore. Happy Taste buds.

Update: Amazing place! Lovely food! Great service! This is one place that provides food of consistent quality everytime you eat there. The number of options is amazing and you get something to cater to your tastes. Their pani puri, and chaat items are definitely their best items. All of these are 5/5. Some of their monthly specials are terrific: Their soy chop was amazing! Their curries could be better. They basically use the same base for most curries so you really cant tell the difference between shahi paneer and paneer tikka masala. I could go to 5 star review if they fix that.

We wish we had a Chaat Bhavan in NE Iowa! The Bhel Poori appetizer was delicious and new to us—and the serving size is generous. We each ordered a different Thali and these were also delicious and generously portioned. (We could have/should have shared one.) Also new to me was the Masala Soda—an acquired taste but grew on me quickly, and now I’ll make it at home. Service was attentive and friendly. Our next trip back to CA will mean stopping here again!

Got the memorial day special, as someone who doesn't usually eat indian cuisine, I was really impressed by the flavors and variety. Service was a little spotty, had to get the servers attention a few times but probably because they were so busy with so many customers. Atmosphere was a little loud, also due to the aforementioned busyness.
