I asked for a bathroom, they said there wasn't any but I just read in another review they let them pass. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I went in for a hot cup of coffee and as the images show they only had one kind of coffee (regular) and it was cold 😢 so I asked the guy at the counter and he said that's all they had but just as we were about to walk out he said that he could make me a fresh one if I waited 5 mins. 😊 It was ready in way less than that ❤️ thank u so much ... Coffee means a lot to me specially fresh brewed coffee 🤤 left super happy with my purchase. This 7-11 has raised the bar for the other 7-11 I visit. I gave it a three bc at first I was very let down w the one cold coffee option plus they were out of sugar, out of coffee creamer (and it was the pump kind, it wasn't even the cold kind that goes on the fridge) they also didn't even have reg milk or half n half like the kind that is usually refrigerated. They just had those little shots of creamers 😕

The older cashier with red hair is so unprofessional. She was so invested in her phone she wouldn't input my payment method. When she finally did the machine was stuck on an authorizing logo. She muttered to herself something still looking at her phone. When I finally asked if we should restart the transaction she raised her voice and said she already told me my card wasn't working which she didn't. I asked if cash is easier and she rolled her eyes and said whatever you want. Her attitude was so uncalled for and unprofessional

Absolutely no mask and complete disregard for the thousands hospitalized and dying of Covid. Clerk was stocking the store and ringing up customers without a mask at all. He didn't put on his mask until I pointed it out to him, I didn't buy anything. I just left. I didn't get his name but he was the clerk on Wednesday December 30th 1:00pm.

Wow i had a really great experience today. I bought a homeless guy a water bottle and some food from 7/11 and when the store clerk saw that i was buying it for him he gave it to me for free to give to him. Human kind is getting better i hope.

Was a cutomer for 3 years and needed a bag, didn't have the dime and was told oh well. Its not like I wouldn't have paid for it, had she asked me if I wanted a bag, or next time I was in. The woman manager provides terrible customer service.
