Best 711 experience. My local 711 charges me for ice for my 22oz cycling bottle. Water is free of course...but this 711 gives free ice for a low tier cyclist like me dehydrated and bonked out from the heat. My mind is blown and I will make my cookie and water stops here in Duarte. The employees here are so chill and friendly as well.

Stopped by for a quick coffee and was so disappointedby what we witnessed. Dirty counters. Dirty floors. Worst looking 7-11 I've ever seen. The one person working, I'm assuming is the owner of this store, is trying to do everything in the store. I spoke to other customers who have complained to him and he refuses to hire help. My husband and I (plus many other customers) witnessed this one person using the same towel to wipe EVERYTHING (LITERALLY EVERYTHING) from the countertops to the Iced coffee machines then back to handling money. From handling customers purchases to handling money then back to wiping whatever, no gloves were being used or any sort of disinfectant.

There is this sort of new cash register guy. Very slow. Ignores customers to be on his phone. He even turned his back on me one time. I left my items on the counter and went to Highland 7/11. This guy is anti customer service. I heard through the grapevine that he is the managers son. Horrible management.

Horrible experience. A popsicle I purchased for my daughter was spoiled! I tried telling the cashier and he said TOO BAD! He wouldn't return my money or exchange the item. He claimed because it was opened. Well, how else would I know if the popsicle is expired, if I don't try it? Even the back of the popsicle says 7-11 satisfaction guaranteed. I call the phone number on the product and they want to do an "investigation" before they can return my money. An investigation for $2?🤣🤣🤣 7-11 is greedy!!!
