Dunkin'

First time going to this Dunkin’ was not a good experience. My coffee was not filled all the way. I ordered a bagel with cream cheese… the girl doing the bagels out barley any cream on , and she only put it on one half of the bagel. I did ask her to put more on because it was nothing on it she did get an attitude but the bagel was almost plain.

Worst Dunkin donuts in Pennsylvania. Waits are through the roof even if you order online expect to wait!! And God forbid they make your coffee right. We have decided to boycott this Dunkin as a business due to the lack of customer service, having to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee and them not being able to get an order right. The staff is incompetent and hate their job.

They're trying, haha, remember when they used to make donuts every 4 hours and they had like 30 different kinds. Times ,,,they are a changing. They got the order in front of me wrong they got the order in back of me wrong, they got my order wrong, and they had an online guy standing there with bags full of food he didn't order LOL what a mess. Everybody got what they needed in the end sometimes you just have to laugh

I honestly didn't know that making a coffee (iced or hot) with extra cream and sugar and a shot of mocha would be so difficult for someone to understand but apparently it is at this Dunkin. I come in almost everyday and the only one that gets my order right is the dude that usually closes. Woman in the pink shroud should never be allowed to make coffee again if she's just gonna make it without hearing the entire order. I'm a couple of wrong orders away from going to the other Dunkin for my coffee, tea, etc... cause I'm annoyed and am not above making a scene. I'm not a women shamer whatsoever either but those women need to stop gossiping/looking at me with googly eyes and get my order right for once.
