I live 2 minutes from this place,never again will I step foot inside. The remodle looks great but the service is ridiculously slow. I don't blame lack of help. Today they had plenty of help,they need to figure out what needs to be done. Prioritize the help don't crowd them. Needs new management

I usually love my experience here every time I go through the drive thru and Cliff is there. He’s super friendly and so calm. It doesn’t matter how much your ordering or how many times you ask him to hold to get the rest of the order from everyone in the car. Today Cliff and Jazz the shift leader were super understanding and helpful when I forgot my wallet at home. I asked Jazz and cliff if I could be right back as they made my order and they were more than accommodating.

Terrible what has happened to a one rime nice chain. The coffee tasted burnt. The donut wS half the size they used to be . And somehow a small coffee with cream no sugar turned into a coffee with 2 sugars

This dunks is a joke and the employees there are clueless. They tried to charge me 2.20 for an extra shot of espresso. I catch them trying to rip me off all the time. I only go here because it's 24 hours, otherwise you wouldn't catch me near near this place.

It's a mediocre Dunks. The guy that works mornings right now that runs the drive thru and calls people boss is great, otherwise it's generic Dunks. The landscaping is nice...

When arrived I was only one there. Manger was at window. She was yelling demands to her employees. Didnt address me just to yell a price I owed. Rushed me away. So customer service is not best. They have 2 windows and did not tell me which one to pull up to and NO one was at either windows to indicate where to go.
Customer service needs little bit of work.

Asked for ised macchiato. Paid 3.84. Has handed this. When i questioned if it was right i was yelled at. Another iced macchiato made with all milk and a splash of coffee. Why cant u ppl just brew 2 shots of espresso . Another visit good espresso flavor filled with ice
