This place is amazing. Some of the best drinks around and the price ain't bad either. They also make them strong and delicious. The food is easily the best Chinese around, anywhere, try and find a better place, I dare you. Not to mention, you can actually understand the staff and my goodness they are nice and it feels genuine. Just fucking go here you ain't gunna spend near as much as any other Chinese food place and you'll leave happy.
Here, is perhaps the best waitress one can encounter. She's almost always the only waitress in the dining area, which keeps her very busy. She never forgets anything and is always friendly and conversational. The food here is excellent as well.
I had not been to The Lokai in 30+ years. I was not too keen on getting the buffet so two of us ordered off the lunch menu. The lady who did order the buffet was very pleased. The pics are of the two lunch plates which were VERY good. The dining room was clean and the service was fast and friendly. We were so pleased with our meals that we ordered the same lunch specials a week later for take out - they were delicious too! We will definitely be back to The Lokai more often.
The food was awesome. I went with my daughters, their first time and they loved it. We will go again.
This restaurant has been around forever. There is usually a good reason. The food is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. Combo plates are available for variety. They offer a room for special occasions. Pre- covid, they offered a buffet, perhaps they will be able to again. If you want an affordable night out or a good lunch, this is a very good choice. Parking is ample.
I had eaten here before back in the 80's and was surprised that it was still here and open. There is a reason for that, the food is great 👍 and the service fast and very friendly 😀
