Blue Angus Cafe

I wish I could give a negative star rating. I've never gotten up and left a restaurant until tonight. We sat for 45 minutes waiting for our order to come out. Meanwhile the table behind us is served within 10 minutes of ordering. We called after we left, because we NEVER saw our waitress, Olivia, again after getting our drinks and placing our food order. The person who answered the phone blamed it on covid, being short staffed, and noone wanting to work. They hadn't even noticed we left and we'd been gone a good 10 minutes before calling. All we got were excuses and they did nothing to try to rectify the situation. Our order was stupid simple and the menu is limited. I completely understand the issue of being short staffed and it wouldn't have had a problem waiting if they'd told us what was going on. Olivia never bothered to come by to see if we needed drink refills, which we did, or check on us. It wasn't even that busy either. There's no excuse for how we were treated tonight. I'm so disgusted.

This was, by far , the worst dining experience my wife and I have had in a long time. The waitress took forever to get to our table, and was slow beyond measure. My wife ordered stark tips rare, when they finally arrived, they were so well done she could not eat them.. S9 we took her entire meal home 8n a box, not what we were planning on. This will certainly be our last time going there, to say we were disappointed would be an understatement!
