Doylestown Coffee House

This Coffee House is very charming, with good prices. It's got great natural lighting, and it appears to connect well with the surrounding community, as there was a local author book signing that day, and it was very busy from the time I entered until the time I left, and I was there for well over an hour. It's also very kid-friendly and family-friendly. It's the perfect location in the Village of Doylestown's downtown district. I highly recommend it.

Snag every cinnamon bun. If you don’t you’ll come back later and they’re gone. In the words of the late Robert Palmer... “Simply Irresistible.” My first visit I had the medium roast on drip, which is a solid choice. Some may not think about it, but proper/accurate ratios and grind are key in brewing coffee. DCH nails it! The cold brew is incredibly flavorful and complex. Yes, I sound like a coffee snot, but bad coffee is finally dying, because folks like DCH enter your mornings and make you forget about your boring, unfulfilling EX - bad coffee. DCH makes a great decaf latte and Cappuccino. Good decaf is underrated. This is a great mid-day grab. It has a sweetish/smokey flavor. After-all, coffee is more than just caffeine. I’m grateful this coffee shop exists. The beauty and warmth - the feel of the shop; all contribute to the community. People who care deserve your business, because they work hours every day to earn it.

This is an interesting little place. There's no sandwiches here but she had plenty of dessert items if that's your thing. The coffee is really good and the atmosphere is good. There are plenty of plugs if you need to use your computer or if you need to charge something. There is free WiFi and the connectivity was good. Also the owner is very sociable. I will be going here again. As a sidenote, masks are not required in this city so be aware of this and expect people to not be wearing them.

First, what everyone really cares about: The iced mocha was excellent, and I enjoyed my oversized chocolate chip cookie. The price is maybe slightly cheaper than average. The service is outstanding. They have an amazing selection of coffeeshop beverages on the menu. Now the other points: It's extremely cute. I LOVE the choice of color and the neat interior furnishings. The canvas coffee bags and framed chalk diagrams of the different drinks on the wall are just unique little touches that work. And I love the different little glass dessert displays instead of a generic single case with a flourescent light. It feels like an interior designer or a shop owner with a real vision knew what they were doing, and I wish I could have hung around - it's a very peaceful place. If you are using GPS to get there know that for some reason it wants to direct you to a building across the street (I think it's a dentist?), but the Coffee House has a sign on the side of the building as well as the front with a little brick path leading up to it (easy to find!). I was looking for new places to check out during my staycation and this was a winner!
