Sabatino's Grill

Ordered lunch from Sabatinos and not only am I always impressed with their food but today I was also impressed by the delivery driver. I was having issues keeping my dog in the house when he was handing me the food and I dropped part of my order after he handed it to me, he was so patient helped me pick it up and also stayed and waited until I got my dog in the house to hand me the rest of the order. Most people would have left me to deal with it myself and I just really appreciated it. Although it may be a small gesture to some we need more kind people in the world and this guy went above and beyond! Love the food and the staff here!!

Disappointed. Usually me and my gfs go to place since we live 2 min away. Got delivery and paid tip and put no contact delivery for covid. Get deliveries alot and usually they ring door bell or call with the phone number listed. We sat around for an hour waiting for 3 items and my gf calls to find out our food was delivered and on our front doorstep for almost a half an hour in the freezing cold. No phone call no doorbell rang. Driver claimed they knocked on the door but we didn’t hear and usually we hear noises from outside or knocks because our front door is not far from our room. He mustve knocked very softly and left after a few seconds because no noise came from the front door. Gf Talked to some guy & he wasnt pleasant and didnt offer refund just remake the food but we didnt want to wait another hour for only 3 things. When i usually go to pick up similar items it takes all of 10 minutes. Really disappointed and money wasted my girlfriend threw out her food because it was freezing cold.

Waited over an hour for my food. Delivery driver called because she was on the wrong street. Spent $68.99 for COLD food. Called and the owner basically told me to “f” off since he doesn’t do refunds (I told him he is more than welcome to come get the cold food). Also didn’t give me my complete order. Pic shows food was delivered with an open bag no wonder it was cold! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
