Buffalo Wild Wings

Very bad experience recently. I ordered for takeout in mobile app. When I visited for dine in it was always a compulsion for me to inform the wings be extra wet, since our group prefer that way. When I order today in app there was no option to give any comments or note while ordering(so corporate forcing the way that they make to the customers and they don’t want any notes from customer while ordering ). Though I placed an order for wings , out of all the flavors except hot sauce , other variety were completely dry and not even a small coat of sauce. I could have got this plain , tasteless wings from any frozen section. There must be courtesy from whoever packing or cooked our wings should consider a little sauce coat, else keep the sauce in the side. Very very disappointed with this joint. Will have to think again to come back here and do not suggest to my friends.

Visited the BWW for their Tuesday night special to get the regular wings but one get one . I was using the app for first time and the app is user friendly and able to place the order without any issues and it gives an estimated time to pickup . Then showed at the pickup area and they delivered exactly as promised . The wings were steaming hot and vapors escaping through the boxes. I order Asian zing for medium and Thai curry for hot. The wings quality as such was great and juicy, the Asian zing was perfect I don’t like the Thai curry . Will definitely order again to try different combos !!

The food was good but the service was very slow, at the time of our visit there (mid evening) it was not very busy. We were seated immediately but it took 10 minutes for us to flag down a waiter that was walking by to get drinks started. The food service wasn’t much faster. Overall our new waiter was very good and the food tasted great. I will be returning here I just hope for a smoother visit next time!

Normally we would avoid this type of restaurant since I can't eat spicy food. However, I have never been so pleased with a restaurant as I was here. I had traditional wings with a salt and vinegar dry rub and boy were they great! It was nice to see servers back each other up. We will definitely return!

Wait staff was terrible. She had absolutely no guest interaction skills. We had to ask for utensils and napkins. She forgot to put our appetizer order in and I had to ask for it after our food came. When the pretzel knots came out they were overcooked. The cauliflower wings were drenched in so much sauce they could have been called buffalo soup. The only things we enjoyed were our drinks from the bar, although $11.25 for a small cocktail is entirely overpriced in my opinion. My platinum margarita was made perfectly and they tapped a fresh keg of Blue Moon for my husband. For a $70 meal, we could have gone to McDonald's and fed 10 people for the same quality food. Much improvement needed: suggest better training for servers and cooks.

Nothing special. The food was something I'd skip, not only in flavor but in value. Albeit I only tried one thing at this location. At other BWW I've had a good salad. The setting os definitely good. If there was a sports event or just a CF Saturday I'd be there. Service was good as was parking and location

Amazing! It was my husband and my first date out and on a whim, we stopped there. The place is incredible, the food was delicious and when we had an issue, it was taken care of quickly. The service was impeccable! If we go out again, we hope to go there and pray the awesome bartender is there as well.

The service here is absolutely horrible. First time we stood there waiting to be seated. NO ONE came to seat us, but the sign said “please wait to be sat”. We decided to give it one more go a month later… no different, no one came to seat us, there were people looking frustrated at their seats with no food. We will continue to make the trip to the king of Prussia location. Atmosphere & service are great there! Highly recommend.
