I am so upset .... I placed an order through the app .. thinking I was going to save time! .. NOPE. .. I get there and the older man points to sign and goes to door and say they are not open. I told him I have an order ready at 1025am. ... He says you have two options to CANCEL or Wait till 11am and he closes the door. So I go to cancel and there is no option after you pay. So I had to wait. They should fix there hours to coinside with the app. So people don't have to WASTE there time.

I had the best service and greeting on 5/31/22 around 5:45 -6"15 pm. By the young woman (38 yrs old) working counter....had a difficult day and your kindness and service made it much better. 😄

Took the employee 30 minutes to get through the 2 customers in front of me and they had only ordered one sandwich each. I felt like I was a watching the scene in Zootopia with the dmv sloths. Then I ordered a wrap but it didn’t get wrapped correctly (it was rolled without it being folded on either side) and was cut unevenly. :/ also the employee dumped a ton of sauce on my wrap so I couldn’t finish it. I didn’t ask for a remake bc I didn’t want to be there another 20 minutes

Young lady had a bad attitude throwing stuff around didn't have a name tag so I asked for her name so I can do survey asked was it on recipt she said yes it wasn't then ended up say no I'm a minor other employee said her name is Sophie r Sophia one of those

Had a horrible experience. First, when I got there my sandwich order was not right, and I ordered online, they didn't follow the special instructions, was given the excuse they were too busy, there was literally no one in there. Then, the girl in charge gave me attitude because I wanted her to fix what was wrong that I could see, I asked for it quartered and wrapped individually. She had to do it twice because once again she didn't follow simple instructions. Get home and go to eat my sandwich, and they had messed up the inside as well. And instead of a cold cut combo I got ham and they decided to add on extras that I didn't want in my sandwich like pickles and jalapenos.. So then, I tried to call so they could rectify it and the phone goes directly to voice-mail. Needless to say I'm livid to some degrees about the whole experience.

It was very clean, I like that they have non soda drinks available on tap. I am glad we got here when we did, because it is 1:00 pm on a Saturday and there is only 1 worker actually working and 1 on a break eating in the dining room with 9 people waiting!

Appears there is shortage staff issue. One employee serving customers. The employee was efficient and professional.
