Baby Bros Pizza

The service is usually pretty good. But the girls that work at the front are pretty rude and I tried to correct an issue on my last order. And they said that I need to call them that night or the next day. To be honest life gets busy and I don't run on their schedule. The pizza we received last time was completely unsatisfactory. I'm currently waiting for my pizza right now approximately 45 minutes since I called. And they just told me that it just got put in the oven. I understand a rush of orders, but when you call and they say it will be ready in 30, and they really 90 they should say that. Unfortunately my family prefers this pizza. If it were up to me I'd stop coming.

Got a mailer today for a free large pizza and decided to try it. This pizza is awesome….a little hidden gem. Sorry photo isn’t of the whole pizza, we all grabbed some and everyone loved it, so I felt compelled to leave this review. This spot in Downey is about 15 min away from me, but definitely worth the drive. Deliciousness overload!!! Lots of cheese, toppings and does not have any greasy aftertaste. A+

The worst!!!! Customer service is awful. Had the worst experience with the fake blonde lady (cashier) I called in my order ahead of time when i arrived she said she forgot to place my order , seriously she didn’t even care , she said u want to wait or you can leave i dont care, who talks like that. She must be related to the owner . I will never ever go back to this place thanks to this rude as b…,

I'm lactose intolerant and I still ate two slices. I can assure you all that baby Bros uses real cheese and lots of it. The pizza and potatoes came out fresh and piping hot, absolutely delicious. The wings came out at less than warm. I won't be ordering the wings again. It was busy tonight but my buddy likes his wings not hot (temperature). I'll definitely be coming back. The staff is friendly, the register girl is polite, sweet, helpful, and accommodating. The restroom is unisex and clean.

Placed an order on Sunday (4/5). While our family made a decision to support small local business instead of a big chain; unfortunately, this was our worst experience after being there a few times. The pizza seemed reheated. Chewy and cheese came off the whole slice. A little later, I called to give them that feedback , a young lady picked up. I was wondering what may have happened.
