Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse

First time using online ordering with Curbside pick-up. This was at the Downey location. Usually a happy dine-in customer but this experience was not great. Online ordering was easy to use. And even though I got confirmation order was ready I waited an additional 15-20 minutes in the curbside parking stall. Food was cold and had to notify the restaurant twice I was there. A lot of time used during my lunch hour.

Wow, what a bad experience. First the food not being ready when I got there to pick up my take out order, based on ETA. Being told it was "being packed" and waiting another 15 minutes! Then the sides being completely cold with the veggies looking sad and burned, not roasted. Oh, but the real kicker was the tri tip being so tiny and to top it off, it was hard as a rock. Almost impossible to cut or tear apart. Almost looked like they gave me some dine-in left overs! I ended up just having cerial for dinner. I hate wasting food, but I had no appetite for this sadness they pass on as "food"

Terrible food quality last night with a variety of issues with our orders. To start my burger came out cold but also cooked so much it was like a hockey puck. The tbone only had two bites of edible meat on it the rest was fat, the ribs were burnt to a crisp literally inedible, the kids burgers were still raw in the middle, when ordered as well done. Another burger that was served was also burnt to a crisp. Absolutely terrible service. Waiting nearly 30 minutes after our drinks were ordered to receive them and they came incorrectly. Our waitress had an attitude and wasn't very professional. Definitely won't ever be coming back.

This is the third time my order has been incorrect. The first 2 times I went back to get what was missing. But by the time I get back home the food is already cold. And this time I called in and was told that the manager would call me to fix this, but 3 hours later, no call and its already closed. Their service has gone down the toilet. Hopefully they do things better.
