I went through the drive thru after work and wanted nacho fries( i thought they still had them) and when i asked for them the lady at the speaker named Heidi was extremely rude and basically yelled “NO” at me and once i went up to the window she was even more rude. I told her that should probably change their menu board and take the nacho fires down and she’s like “no one reads that shit” and i am thinking yeah that’s the whole point of a menu board to show the items they have and not the ones they no longer have. She’s usually very nice and friendly when i come around, but this time she was a b*tch. She’s always telling people to do the survey, well this time i did and you didn’t get a good one on you.

I am legally blind. I couldn't get any help ordering, I tride. NO ONE WOULD HELP ME ! I tried to explain that I couldn't see the (to me small print) no one was interested in listen to me. How rude!!!!!!!. I'll never go back to this location. !!!!!!! Very, very disrespectful to a disabled person. I walked in, taking out, was buying for four people, how many dollars that would have translated to, I don't know. But ya'll just lost my business forever as far as I'm concerned. !

Sadly, this location needs major help. They are so incredibly SLOW lately. Drive thru line is to the blvd everytime you come & if you choose to wait, it’s literally 20-30 minutes to get out.

My kids and I enjoy the 3 taco meal for quick and on the go snacks. The staff are pleasant, kind, and accurate with our orders regardless how big and varied it often gets.

Good but very skimpy. Use to be cheap but prices rising too much. The tacos absolutely should not be more than a dollar. I'm extremely disappointed that they discontinued the Fiesta salsa for the Fresco Chicken soft taco. Big time bummer for me!!

Got 2 bacon crunch wraps and today 12/10/2021 they was giving away free breakfast burrito. My hubs ate the crunch wraps said they was very good, I had the burrito it was so hot had to let it cool down. Good for fast food. They are made to order not sitting waiting in you to order.

Just wanted to share my experience and how it was such a breath of fresh air to be treated so well! I'm from Houston,TX and I don't get this treatment all the time so it was really nice. Even with their lobby being closed they still serviced me from the window because I had a bigger vehicle that couldn't make it. And they even give u peppermints and hand sanitizer wipes! Wow! Thank u to ALL the people at the restaurant who played a part in this!

Cindy served with fun, laughing and goodwill. She enjoys her work. Her life at Taco Bell is about much more than Taco Bell and a paycheck. Delighted by her excellent service. Dressed Egg Taco with bacon was the first time I tried it. It was tasty. Thank you!
