So I did curbside pickup, and they messed up my order, why five stars then? Because they went above and beyond in correcting my order and ensuring I was satisfied. Everyone makes mistakes but this Bob Evans knows how to make it right!

We got wrong stuff on our food or was forgotten on our stuff. But the manager gave us a piece of pie and alittle off our bill. Very nice manager. And a very nice waitress. She was excellent.

Had the shrimp dinner but it was only ok. I should have had a salad and sandwich or even a breakfast Item. Breakfast appears to be what they do best because of the number of items they offer and that they serve all day.

I had the worst experience here than I ever have at any Bob Evan's restaurant. I ordered the turkey and dressing with mashed potatoes and carrots for lunch. With the dressing being a feature of the meal, I was expecting something mouth watering and moist. What I was served was something that was hidden beneath my turkey, and was beyond dry. It was almost brittle. And my carrots were so overcooked that they were devoid of taste and they too were overcooked.

Professional customer service.
The breakfast was not even warm. Overpriced for the quality provided. The gravy was near cold and sent back.
It'll be a while before I return.

My daughter had breakfast after a year and six months in rehab... she said it was the best toast ever and her over easy eggs were perfect... I love the salad with chicken and dried cranberries and house dressing... also add the hot rolls too... we weren't to far from football hall of fame... TY Canton Bob Evans you all rocked on our visit...

They weren't as attentive as they should be. I never got a chocolate refill was never even asked. The fries were cold and the sandwich was mediocre. And this is why you only got a three
