I called 5 times to place an order. They didn't pick up the phone and then when they did they just hung up on me. I tried using the app and I didn't want the extra so I had to go somewhere else to eat. However I had there sub before and they are great.

I am going to be honest. The experience I had here with the food was not good. I would not recommend going here to eat. The sub I ordered was one of the worst I have ever had. The table I was at was sticky, and all the lights in the place were off. I am all for supporting small and local businesses and want them to succeed, but with that said, I sincerely want to say that if this place wants to keep customers and get business, they need to put a lot more effort in to the quality of food. The sub was awful.

Reviewing as a DoorDash driver. Suppa's is a pretty popular place in Dover for takeout, so I'm guessing the food is pretty good! I get delivery requests from Dover, Rochester, South berwick, you name it. The folks who work there are generally very nice despite the fact that they are usually quite overwhelmed with orders. Occasionally running a little late with orders, but not to the point where it's ever impacted any of my customers.

A lot of menu items, they don’t make. Because instead of making their own menu, they use the same ones as another location. Food was disappointing, and not only were the ribs expensive (which is typical) they were very small, and had more bone than meat. Only will order as a last resort

The last two times I've ordered through Suppa's did not go well. The first time, they forgot an entire sub. Thankfully, Doordash credited me for the missing sub. Then tonight, I ordered through Doordash, it took them 30 minutes to confirm the order, then my dasher waited there for 10-20 minutes, only to call me and say they have to cancel the order because they didn't have the food that I ordered. It's unacceptable to have to wait an hour to be told they're out of the food you ordered. Two other times we've ordered mozzarella sticks, there was no cheese in the sticks.

We were ordering from there for monthsss but almost every time there is some kind of issue. They will text message you an hour after placing the order and taking the money out of your account and let you know that there are no drivers available. Then you not only wasted your time waiting for them to deliver your food but you have to wait another 2-3 days for the money to go back into your account. Or on the rare occasion where you were actually successfully able to order, you will be waiting at LEAST over an hour for your food to arrive. We’ve stopped ordering from them completely. Too many issues.

awful place they are constantly out of food someone who does the order really needs to step up that no way to run a food business absolutely ridiculous not to mention they never answer the phone for orders so you have to get it thru a delivery service

Amazing when it first opened a few years back. I think it has changed owners and took a complete 180. We used to get their pizza every time we wanted pizza. Now we don't even order from them. I hope you guys go back to the way things were when you first opened in Dover.. Reading your latest reviews is just very sad, but relatable.
