Red Lobster

I hope I’m able to update this later on with a better experience if my spouse and I are ever able to get in, however this is the third negative experience we have had to get me to the point to make a review. The first, about a year ago in the mist of the worldwide pandemic, we were trying our hardest to support the food industry and order takeout. It took about 2 hours to receive our order, it was rather large so with that, I wasn’t concerned. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized that we were missing some items of our order. The second experience was after restaurants were able to open to indoor seating about 6 months ago, we reached the location and found the doors to be locked with a note saying to call for reservations. It just so happened that I had actually checked online before traveling down 30 minutes to the location and saw no sign of such reservations on the website. We left that day frustrated. Today, we are sitting in the parking lot once again. No way to make reservations apparently although I guess I had joined somewhat of a “wait list” on Open Table. The inconsistency of this establishment is frustrating. I can understand why we don’t frequent as often. The only positive I am able to find recently is that Shadow, whenever we are able to be seated in his section, is extremely pleasant and one of our top favorites, he deserves any and all recognition he could possibly receive. Update: We left after 45 minutes and enjoyed our night next door at Olive Garden.

Trendy lunch and dinner spot with a chicken and waffles that was so delicious smelling that I completely forgot to take a picture. I love the spicy sauce at the bottom of my dish giving it the right amount of pop. The burger was equally satisfying with a juicy patty and crispy bun. I'm not much of a drinker but mimosas look worth a try for next time.

Went with kids and husband Experienced a very condescending attitude from a staff member before we even ordered our food, notice the staff wasn't very pleasant to each other, the manager we had to request was polite and so was our waitress. Restaurant was very cold, not good dining experience at all..will not be returning to this location
