Not sure what has happened to this place. This location has always been our favorite Chipotle in the past, but recently, the customer service is lacking. Tonight was really the worst. As we were paying, the cashier knocked over the bag, spilling 2 of 4 bowls on the floor. She was aggravated when we told her that we would have to tell her what was on each individually because they weren’t the same. As the bowls were being replaced (this was down quickly, which I thought was nice at the time), she rang us up without giving us a chance to order drinks. When we started to eat, the replaced bowls were obviously hastily thrown together and not good. My daughter’s bowl (not one that was replaced) was missing the beans she had requested and my son’s had veggies that were not requested. It seems like the staff didn’t really care what you asked for or wanted.
I understand we came at a busy time and it’s hard to hear through masks, but the entire experience was rough. We eat Chipotle at least once a week and this was by far the worst experience at any location.

Go to qdoba the food is on average a dollar more the staff is cleaner and the dining area and free guacamole for those who care. Also I've waited 10 minutes beside the register for a fork and spoon for a bowl I ordered and was ignored until I caught the manager and he came out with them. With covid and me generally being a extremely cleanliness oriented and contaminating food as well chipotle sucks too many people in a crammed quarters corporately profit oriented layout. It's not fair to employees to step on one another's feet and end end up not caring about the service they give as a result.

If I could give this company Zero Stars I would, I went to the Dover restaurant last week and asked for them to do 24 individual bowls, it was to many bowls to do online. So I went directly to the store (with 24 hours notice) asked for the manager explained my situation and was told flat out no that I had to do a catering order, or put the order in online. I came with a DETAILED list off of their website of 24 individual orders, and was turned away, a $400 order turned away. As a manager myself I was completely appalled. Thankfully Qudoba came to our rescue and didn’t even blink and eye saying they could absolutely take care of us. I suggest chipotle really look hard at who they are hiring as managers, and their client service training because it is the worst I have ever encountered.

DONT order from them! My food was packaged carelessly, everything out and open, two separate bags of chips (open) my food was smashed and almost 30 min late getting here (all 3 bags wrinkled like they’ve been opened multiple times) . A total waste of money as I can’t eat it! With all that’s going on with this pandemic you would think their costumers health would be top priority, how can you not secure people’s food for transport!? I’m totally disgusted, not to mention the 4 phone calls and no answer 🤬 and she Handed me my sauce 😳🤢

Phoned on the day, left a message and within minutes be called me back. He had also seen my email. Arranged an appointment for the Chipotle Mexican Grill to be swept for the day. He turned up bang on time. Very polite and tidy. You'll soon realise Mark loves fireplaces and is knowledgeable about his trade. Chipotle Mexican Grill has a Great service. Can easily recommend. I ordered food online. When I got to the parking lot to pickup my food I realize that I had left my mask at home. I didn't have anything to cover my face and didn't want to be rude by walking in without one. Matt the Store Manager was very kind to bring out my order for me. I was definitely very thankful for his kind gesture!
