I have been there several time and usually find the food and service consistent. I ordered a whole pizza for the first time a week ago with half pepperoni and half (beef/sausage) combination. The pizza was really good but when I got home I noticed the balance between the two halves - lots of pepperoni but not as much toppings on the on half. I will try them again but specify that I request a balance of topping prior to paying. They are worth trying in my option.

I'm love some mall/airport pizza and Sbarro never disappoints. A young man by the name of Jabrell (spelling?) took my order, he was nice, courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He never rushed me when I couldn't make up my mind and even gave some suggestions. Any other place they would have talked quick or said I don't know...I am VERY BIG on customer service. Our younger generation do not do a very good job so I had to rave about this young male. His parents/guardians/manager or whoever the village is that raised this kid, did an exceptional job. I tried to tell the manager but he was on a conference call. Keep good employees and good products and the customers will come back. I know I will! Thx!

Terrible service from management. I came to order a full pizza at the Arbor Place Mall location on Tuesday, May 21st 2019 and the day "shift leader/manager" pizza maker (Caucasian Female) was dismissive and rude. No eye contact and just all around bad vibe. Horrible customer service skills. I've been eating at this Sbarro's for a long time (10+ years), but not anymore.

A very busy location with lots of staff on hand to help you find whatever it is you're looking for. I found something new here this time. I tried the okra snacks. They're kinda like zucchini fries, except it's okra. They tasted just like okra but better. Great for snacking on instead of any other high sodium snacks. The lines were long and moved fairly smoothly. Well stocked and pretty well staffed as well. Pay them a visit the next time you're in the area. Cool place.

Horrible customer service and wait time. I ordered two slices of pepperoni pizza and was told it would be about a 10 minute wait. After that amount of time I witnessed the male "cook" remove a pepperoni pizza from the oven but it was for another person's order who had ordered a whole pizza. I witnessed the same cook remove a pizza that was half pepperoni and half cheese. I finally saw him put in another pepperoni pizza to cook. I believe he never even realized they were out until the female who took my order saw me still standing there and informed him. He then removed an all cheese pizza that was finished cooking and put cold pepperoni's on top. He looked back at me and smirked while doing this. My girlfriend complained about the wait time and complained that he was using cold pepperoni's. He then smirked at her and said they NEVER cook the pizza with pepperoni on top. They ALWAYS cook it without. This young man lied instead of owning up to his actions. Either it is policy to not cook it with the pepperoni and he broke that policy multiple times while I watched him do it. Or he made a mistake and chose to lie about it. Either way, he handled the entire situation poorly. Nothing was offered to me for having to wait, not even an apology. I will never purchase anything from this business again.

My family and I love the pizza from Sbarros however I been coming to the Arbor Place location for while but the pizza maker always has a bad attitude when I order a whole pie he feels like has too much to do and in a bad attitude says " if they can wait 45 or 55 minutes" I think he hopes I will say no I can't wait so he doesn't have to make more pizza.The service is bad they always have friends out side the work area and are talking to them not paying attention to customer and the place is not clean. I really hope the corporate office do something about.

Overpriced food with sparse toppings always takes more than twice as long to make a pizza as they tell you making you late for movies, work, ect. Employees respond negatively if you address their sanitation. Today I didn't have time to eat before I had to go to avoid being late to work even though I should have had plenty of time. They told me 15 minutes I came back in 15 and the pizza hadn't even been put in the oven yet. I watched the guy handling my pizza take a set of keys from the money changer with a gloved hand, stick them in his pocket, and then go back to work on my.pizza without switching. As it turns out complaining to the manager doesn't work because that's him. Then when I get to work, I open the pizza and the toppings are so sparse some slices were just cheese. And I ordered a supreme. Never eating there again.
