Applebee's

Went for dinner last night. The food isn’t as good as I expected but wasn’t completely terrible. I’m my opinion, Applebee’s is now just a go to spot for appetizers and drinks. I didn’t eat most of my salad and the manager was more than accommodating and understanding. Our server was new, but still gave us exceptional service. Service was not the problem. It was the food. The baby back ribs were dry and mostly bones. Also ordered The four cheese Mac with the honey pepper chicken tenders. The chicken tenders were great, the pasta was incredibly terrible and unseasoned. The strawberry balsamic chicken salad was too tart for me. I also ordered the new Tipsy Shark margaritas. It was sweet and wasn’t strong at all. Wouldn’t get it again but can’t complain because it was only $7. However, we really enjoyed the appetizer platter that came with spinach dip, boneless wings, cheese sticks and quesadillas.

This place needs HELP! Go get a job people! Restaurants need workers to be able to serve people! We waited over an hour to be seated because there was only ONE waitress. We waited that long or longer for our food because there was only ONE person cooking in the kitchen! Thank you to the ones that showed up and worked that day! This was my daughter's first date. Thank you to the waitress that's pregnant with triplets! This place didn't get 1 ⭐ because of this waitress. She was AMAZING!

Ordered curbside and had to go inside after waiting for 15 minutes after alerting the app that I was outside. My food came out and I was informed that they did not have lemonade and the only non pop option was orange juice…. A upgrade drink to a smoothie wasn’t an option (even though they were out of lemonade). After going through my bag I realized that my order was short a French fry. By the time I drove the 10 minutes to get home my food was cold. Don’t waste your time or money here.

The food was decent, it’s Applebee’s. The bad review is purely because of the horrendous service. Never had slower service in my life. The restaurant was nearly empty, just a few tables taken and a few people at the bar. The hostess was very unfriendly and took her sweet time trying to get us a table, which shouldn’t have been a hard task since there were a million open. We should’ve been in and out of here in an hour but were there for two just waiting on our waitress to make her way over to us. My mom ordered a glass of wine before our food came out and shortly after decided to order another glass. For some unknown reason, our waitress gave her the second glass right as we had our money out to pay and were ready to get up and leave. It was just an unpleasant experience having to wait double the time it should have taken. Disappointing.

I ordered a cheeseburger lettuce wrap. I asked that my burger have NO PINK MEANING BE COOKED WELL DONE AND NO TOMATOES. This place needs a new manager so that the new manager can hire a cook who follows directions. Why do they give us the option to choose if they just gonna give you what they want you to have.

Awful service, our waitress checked on us twice and mainly to tell us our food was still coming. Took over 40 mins to get drinks, at over an hour still did not have our salads, and did not have our meals yet. Our waitress made a point to check on another table 5-6 times before checking with us. My salad came out with the wrong dressing, we never received one of our drinks, and our meals were also incorrect. By far the worst dining experience I've had in a while.
