Sonic Drive-in

Placed an order through the App when we got to Sonic. It was paid for and the menu at the Stall said it was in the kitchen. After waiting about 15 minutes an employee walked out and stated that they were out of basically everything on the order and asked what we wanted to do. We asked for a refund. We paid Approx. $33. When the refund was issued it was only for $29 and some change. After speaking with the manager I was given no reason as to why it was a partial refund, just a void ticket and told it would take 3 to 5 days for the money to go back on card.

Sign advertised the new dill burger but they said they do not carry it. Ordered a different meal but they were out of onion rings. Got tater tots instead and they were soggy and uncooked. And they said their ice cream machine was down. Thought I accidentally pulled up to a McDonald's with all the inconveniences.

I find it odd that the owner didn't respond to the pics of the trashy parking lot and the Grand Canyon of a pot hole at the drive through. The responses I do see are not heart felt. Almost like they're automated. Google reviews are a beautiful thing. I love Sonic but will not be patronizing this one.

I visited Sonic in Douglas, GA tonight about 7:30pm. I had to send the sandwich back three times and it was still wrong. The night manager sent the worker out to tell me that she was not making my sandwich over, I can just take the extra meat off. And I told the worker that was so unprofessional and I would not be back and I MEAN’T THAT!!!! I called the store and asked for the manager on duty name and the number to the corporate office, they hung up on me. I will be reporting this Monday because customer service is the key to any business.
