You know how usually the locals are bias for their native restaurants ….well that wasn’t the case this time this place is great!!! , also the prices even during inflation & “shortages” are AMAZING , i went on Saturday they had a line wrapped around the corner ….that was a give away for me and it lived up to the reviews
The Cheapest and BEST meal I’ve had all week and I’ve been to 8 states since Sunday ….
Only thing I would asked to change …
Is the coleslaw being put directly in container next to hot food!

Was headed to my hotel and I just happen to get stopped at the light, looked over to my left and there was an interesting looking place so I stopped. Super great chicken mashed potatoes coleslaw, and of course awesome sweet tea.

It was quick and inexpensive but sticky tables and the catfish was mostly breading and a little fish, fried yams were interesting...

Made a delivery to a customer nearby and checked the reviews about this place. If u check any of my other reviews, I've haven't had the best luck with many chicken places.. The is very good food, in my opinion.. had the 3 piece dinner with fries and roll for about $6.50.. Everything was hot and fresh. Not seasoned too much but just right...will definitely be back when in the area.. reread someones post about prices too high and small portions. U may wanna get out this town cause ur not gonna find prices any cheaper than these

Cheap but really good fried and grilled chicken. Amazing sweet tea but the customer service is awful. They are rude disrespectful and if it wasn't for the good food and tea and price I would not g0 there bc the girls that take your order are plumb rude.

Absolutely loved it the catfish was fantastic definitely going to be the place I go whenever I am in the Douglas Area... Everyone should give this place a try the counter staff was extremely friendly and helpful as this was our first time coming to this restaurant... everyone should give it a try...
