Jack's

Super impressed with this place!!! They were absolutely packed with a line out the door plus cars in the drive thru. Every employee remained calmed, kept their cool and they all worked quickly and efficiently. They had amazing team work and got through the line quickly. The tables were marked off well for social distancing as well as the places to stand in line. The manager was hands on and the food was delicious. If we lived here we would definitely visit again!

Since the Covid virus got started their drive thru line is usually very backed up but they have good food. My last time there I ordered a bacon egg & cheese biscuit and also a steak biscuit add tomato, I was charged an extra 30 cents for a slice of tomato, when I got home I had no tomato but they had added cheese which I don't care much for, they had a piece of paper taped to the paper my biscuit was wrapper in and it said add tomato, it had it on my receipt, like I said, I got charged 30 cents for tomato, I just didn't get it.

The Jack's in Double Springs is pretty much the only game in town for "fast food". Because of this they are overwhelmed at peak business hours. Are they perfect? No. But they try hard. If they get your order wrong, they'll fix it. Overall I feel they do a good job. The managers work hard, but unfortunately, these days it's hard to find people that will show up when they're suppost to & just simply do what they're asked to do.
