I’ll never go when they first open again! A 30 minute wait turned into an hour, did not receive wipes, napkins, utensils, or the dipping sauce I asked for. I only gave 3 stars because most of the time when I go in the afternoons they are consistent, but in the mornings it is quite the opposite.

I love the Dothan location. It's always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food is always stellar. Being a member of their rewards program is great - it paid for my kid's meal. Like terminator I'll be back.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Dothan is awful. The employees are down right rude. I ordered my food at 5:30 while I was still at work giving them enough time to cook it. They said my order was ready to pick up at 6:30. I have had a email to show them that the said it was ready they didn’t care. I went in to pick it up and sat their and waited another 30 minutes before I got my food. I asked them what was taking so long they said their was other people ahead of me. It wasn’t just me that had issues their was multiple people complaining about not getting their food. I will not be going back. Also my food was cold.

Service was good. Full disclosure, we were enjoying dining under the "dining room reopened" situation and had the place to ourselves.

Got 12 instead of the 6 wings ordered. Tasty surprise! Asked for hot & whoa hot is HOT. Touched my eye between bites & it stung for a good bit. Meaty wings but less than crispy tater tots. I prefer crispy cest la vie.

My husband placed our order. He ordered me the smoked brisket burger with potato wedges and he got the buffalo mac n cheese. What we had when we got home was a brisket sandwich and what looked like a half order of the mac n cheese. The potato wedges were over cooked, and there was more fat in the brisket than there was meat. He also said that the girl that took the order kept rushing him through his order. Not a good experience with Dothan Buffalo Wild Wings
