Pizza was over 30 min late. It was cold. Called the store. All i got was an apology. Lame. Even contacted the people from the comment below. No help. They offered me a free large pizza. I told them it was more then just one item that was cold. Never heard from them again. Papa johns wont be hearing from my family anymore. Highly dissatisfied.

They’re friendly and all but the pizza isn’t that good. And they employees don’t wash their hands enough in my opinion. I’ve seen them go from the register and right back to preparing food no sanitation at all. But I guess that’s my own personal choice.

Mixed up pizzas then burnt papadias.

Would give it a zero. Charged too much. Didn’t give me a receipt. Paid for extra cheese but got a cheap dry barely had cheese on it pizza. Was sitting in car waiting. Go in to get pizza in 15 min and it was cold. Not worth arguing about it. Never going back.

Love the food but you can't even call locLy to get a pizza go through a call center that can't even find my address 😡 next to Southside Walmart 20 minutes to order the pizza
