This is the memory of my friend Chris Stafford, he work at united parcel service b.k a ups of 20 years, he passaway dis year 2022, he well be so miss by me & all who work with him, he had a very good heart the reason why I took the picture of this place is because my Chris love this McDonald's this was his haven somewhere he feel very comfortable he meet lots peoples doing his journey but my memories is that we always walk across the hwy to caught the 124 pleasantdale bus to our job ups rest in peace my friend

There was a wait for food, but it is totally not their fault. They are understaffed. It would be better if their overhead display were working to show where you are in queue though. It was nice that people waiting were not complaining though. Was pretty clear the employees were doing their best.

My app was not working properly. The lady told me to pull to the 1st window & she helped me. Kudos to her she was at Window #1 @ about 6 something pm. My day was one fire after another, she made me smile & thankful for the kind people in the world!!

I don't eat McDonald's often but I had an undeniable craving for those small steamy onions on a double cheeseburger and fries. This place didn't disappoint and the food was hot and fresh.

I've come here three times already...I ask for a caramel frappe in a large glass...and they serve less than the amount with a lot of whipped cream and the price is $5.00 dollars

What a terrible location and staff. I ordered curbside and waiting for 30min and no one bring out the food. Then I come to the window and the staff was very rude to say that someone accept the order and they just avoid to answer my question. Never come to mcdonald again.

If I could rate this location with a zero I would. I pulled in at 6:35 AM to place an order and the young lady working the drive through had a very nasty attitude. She seemed upset that I was repeating my order when I only did so because she was talking so low and I wanted to make sure she heard me. Regardless, I can't fathom how someone could wake up and deliver such horrible customer service before 7am. So I took my business elsewhere and I would advise this location to train employees on professionalism because you never know who your customer is.

Just stopped by the drive thru for a large black coffee, and two sausage and biscuits. The line moved fairly fast. The order was quick. No complaints.
