Have ordered here before and it was pleasant, but unfortunately today I was let down by Leila at the drive-thru. I tried to use a virtual gift card I was given, and she refused saying she needed four numbers to put into the system. I asked if she knew about this type of gift card, and she said no. I quickly read about how to use the virtual gift card and it said to ask for the manager if they didn’t know how to use it, so I asked Leila for the manager, and she refused me saying everyone was too busy. I wasn’t given any options at all and refused basic service, so I told her to cancel my order. I left disappointed and hungry. It’s enough to make me not go to this location ever again.

The worst order 2 whoppers for $28 no no in the menu it SAID $4 and then they said we higher the price up when the menu said $4 and they said it was $7 so I cancelled my order something else and it cost $32.... Then they pass me my soda it fells WHY would they put 3 soda in a worthless plate when i go to budget king I paid $15 dollars ever time but now they are adding more money $32 I can buy dinner for that

The food and service are what you would expect at a well run BK. The prices at BK and fast food restaurants have increased considerably. Our last family meal for 4 people was about $30.00.

Ever been in such a dirty restaurant as this day Monday December 23rd is ...Omg I didn't wanted to eat there..just I turn back to my car...and leave,.I want to say the pictures I took are Not enough to show all the people who read my review,.the really mess in this fast food restaurant.

Very disappointed. We ordered the big fish and even though we were hesitant, we asked if it was fresh, after being assured it was, we gave it a try. Unfortunately, it was a brick. We know it’s fast food but you expect a certain level of freshness.
