I submitted my order on the app. When I picked up my order via drive-thru, I was given the wrong one. I went inside to correct the mistake but the manager in charge and one other employee stated that they didn't have my order in their system. It was noticeable that the orders they were issuing out were not correct either. I had to wait more time for them to make my order. After waiting another 10 minutes, I finally received my order. When I got back to the office, I noticed that the items I ordered were not made correctly and I was missing 1 additional item I paid for using the app. Very disappointing experience.

It was good but table were dirty with food crumbs, I cleaned my self before I seated and eat. They have new system were you can order food pay with card without waiting in the line or the cashier. And they even sell pizza hut that is great.

I guess everyone and every corporation is using inflation to their advantage. The hardshell taco I got with beef was so minimal in portion size I could barely taste it. I mean seriously, these chains don't exactly use high quality ingredients to begin with. Won't be back, no thanks

So google says they close at 10pm. And when we got to the drive-through at 9:10pm the guy says we are close. I said, don’t you close at 10pm all he replied was we are close.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to and will not go there again. I do not recommend this place at all. I was there about two weeks ago and I waitfor about half hour to order by the drive thru because inside was closed. I order two of the box specials they had and two soft Tacos by the time I get to the window to pay the lady I think it was the Manger when I went to pay she gave me the first box and the two tacos I ask her what about the other box. She said I only ordered one after I told her three times it was two when i was ordering and she confirmed me two boxes at the beginning when I ordered the first time. To topped it off she had an attitude and when I got home my dad later told me the two Tacos that I ordered him one was just lettuce and the other was just beef. So never again I will be going to that Location and I do not recommend it to no one.

This is my favorite location when I am in Doral. The always get the order right and their soda machine always works.
All was good until Yesterday. I ordered a chicken quesadilla combo that comes with a large drink. I always get the G2 (gatorade). Yesterday that drink tasted like water. Also they didn’t have large cups.
Today they are not even open.
The other locations in doral are horrible.

This Taco Bell honestly has the best service ever. The staff was always SUPER kind to me, especially the manager. I know he worked super hard when COVID hit and staff was short. Always made my day!!
