Lunch Break Cafe

Worst place ever!!! Customer service is horrible!!! I will never ever spend another dime at this establishment. I ordered breakfast from them at 9am, when I received the breakfast it was the wrong order. I called them and explained that they gave me the wrong sandwich, they got upset and said that this was what I ordered. I proceeded to explain to them that the food that was on my plate I was allergic too and would have never ordered that. They said they would remake it but I would have to come and get it. I felt if I paid for the delivery fee and they got my order wrong why should I have to go get it. Long story short it took 2 hours before I got my breakfast. I got in my car and went to give them back the food and asked for my money back. They refused to give me my money and started speaking in Spanish amongst each other. The food was horrible and I felt disgusted with the way I was treated.

I am very disappointed of how I was treated when I made a phone call. I don't speak Spanish. I was put on hold for a long time. I called back and stated my order nicely. they put the phone down and started to talk in Spanish without ever taking my order. I called back and I still didn't lose my cool or character I asked for delivery and was placed on hold again. I never got to place my order. I feel so humiliated and embarrassed because of the treatment that I received. I hope the customer service gets better. Because if i'm paying for a service I should be treated like a human being.

First and last time ordering from here. they dropped off menus at our office this morning we figured we give them a try. but never again one of the sandwhiches the pork looked old and not fresh at all the fries were stale and the cheese on the steak sandwhiches had a weird taste. for sure they lost several customers at our work place. we wouldn't even give them the benefit of the doubt when we called to complain about the food they didn't even offer to exchange or correct the problem... I wouldn't even give them a 1 star!!!!

OMG, !!! This people are terrible and rude... What a reap off !!!! just ordered Cuban sandwich for breakfast on Thursday which is the special for the day, guess what, they asked me if I wanted the special...that was a trick question, didn't know what they meant by that... they sent a plain sandwich, no presentation, and for $6.50 ( special $ 7.00) Very disappointed. My friend breakfast was a scramble eggs with ham a toast and small coffee, no fries, no hash brown, just plain. 20 DE MAYO is better, just give your phone number the first time and they will keep your info for your next order. the delivery guy is so nice, and they will make sure you are pleased with your order.
