Sloan’s Homemade Ice Cream is a visually stunning place with a wide variety of inventive ice cream flavors. I love the fact that from the moment you walk in here, it feels like you have walked into a “place of pure imagination” and it feels very on brand for an ice cream and candy shop. While yes, it is beautiful, the ice cream is tasty, and they do offer some lactose free products, I do feel like they could be more efficient in terms of getting customers in and out. The servers (ice cream scoopers? Team members?) were wearing too many hats (cash register, refilling things, tending to people) and constantly stepping on each others toes trying to juggle between tasks. Also, the line situation is not clear to customers and people kept jumping in and trying to skip the line because they completely missed the entrance line altogether. Those minute details aside, Sloan’s offers tasty ice cream for a premium price at an ideal location and it is well worth a visit.

There was a good line outside so decided to give it a try. The staff was friendly they had a lot of flavors to choose from. I ask for a Sunday and they told me they couldn't make one. So decided to try the pistachio and even though it was full of pistachio the flavor was off. It was also little pricey for a 1 scoop ( over $8 with taxes) yes I know I was in Doral lol but if your paying top dollar your expecting a really good ice cream.

High prices but what was worse was the horrible service 😫. I spent almost $140 in an icecream shop and they had the nerve to have bad attitudes with me! I for sure will not be back! Sad too because I love icecream and the place is visually attractive. Its the type of establishment that if the employees had a better attitude you wouldn't mind spending the money.
