New location for me while I visit the Miami area. Good grades for my server who was very attentive. Stopped by regularly to see how things were and if I needed anything. I got the nachos and an order of 10 hot wings. I specified not too dry on the wings and make them wet. They were overcooked and dry. I had to wipe them around in the dish to get any kind of wetness on them. Not a banner Hooters visit. My beer was cold so there is that.

Not the best experience: really SLOW service! The hoster got our table to another family, she was NO following the list. Our server, Cynthia, I'm sorry but she was not the best server. A few years ago this place was amazing. Now, not the same.
Alcohol drinks served in plastic cups? Since when?

Waited for 55 minutes. Ordered 3 meals. Only 1 was cooked 2 Cheeseburgers we’re raw and cold. I spoke to the girl that took my order and I was told 30 minutes in its being wrapped up. 55 minutes later I assume “the manager” told me the same. I think he instructed the cook to just flip the burgers and throw them on the buns. Horrible place. Expensive and horrible foot.

The food here was great, but our overall experience was ruined here due to our upsetting server. She didn't even smile or greet us when we were ready to order. She would throw every single item she delivered to the table and never came by to check on how we were doing or to refill our drinks. The mojito I ordered when we initially sat down came to the table after we were finished with our food. It seemed like she was being forced to work there and was taking out on us. We kept looking around for her to get our drinks refilled, but she was no where in sight. We asked for an extra plate for our baby and was told to use the plate under the fries they delivered. We paid in cash and she didn't even bring us all of our change back, only the larger bills but not the coins. Her name is Guiliana, do yourself a favor and ask for another server if you end up at her table.

This hooters is always busy! Meaning the food is always pretty good on flavor, temperature and comes out in a short time! Beers are cold, and staff is friendly the fries come out nice and freshly fried! The cleanliness on tables can be a bit better some stay sticky from sauces etc.

My husband & I met a friend here for some wings because we remember them being so delicious (we make them at home ALL the time & they are amazing) we got hot breaded & naked with both blue cheese & ranch (was never brought to the table, had to ask for it) also got shrimp tacos-hot & 10 Buffalo shrimp -hot. NONE of the items had flavor for being “hot”. All tasted like they tossed in a mild sauce with some butter. The music was so loud we were sitting at a small 4 top and I couldn’t hear anything because I wasn’t next to them. Also was so cold, our food was ICE cold after eating one wing (weren’t very hot temperature wise when came out anyways) Beers were always full, but never in a cold glass. Always a warm one. The ONLY reason I’m giving 2stars and not 1 is because of our server. Emily was AMAZING, super sweet and very attentive. Very kind and super accommodating

My friend and I have worked at the Hooters MOA for a few years, and were so excited to come to another Hooters. I ordered a spiked strawberry lemonade, and it tasted like the lemonade needed to be changed. It was super watery and didn’t have much flavor. We ordered nachos, and they were incredibly soggy, we couldn’t even eat the chips with our fingers they were so soggy, we had to use forks. We ordered wings, and only got drums and they were so overcooked, we ended up having to send them back. The service was incredibly slow and the staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. At our location we go out of our way to be super friendly with guests, and they honestly seemed like they didn’t have personalities. Very disappointed.

Hooters is always such a fun place to watch a game and enjoy some finger food!! The oysters were amazing and super clean and the wings well they are always good! Service is excellent too!!!
