SIX STARS, this is the kind of bakery every town needs. Do not be upset if you show up at 9:00am and they do not have what you want. There is a reason they sell out. Whomever rates this place less than five stars, they are the problem.

Quality Bakery has been a local treasure in Dodgeville Wisconsin since 1928! Just as the name implies, their delectable baked goods are of the highest quality, made with only the finest ingredients. I make the trip up from my home in Dubuque, Iowa every now & then just to get their famous Bismarks & hamburger buns!

In town for a couple days doing some hiking at Governor Dodge State Park & decided to check it out. The woman running the bakery is super friendly & helpful. We purchased cookies, donuts and a couple loaves of bread- all fresh that morning- delicious!
